Welcome to the Firestorm support team application process. We are looking for helpful and mature people who are interested in helping other Firestorm users have a good experience in SL—and with this viewer. If you have followed the support group much, you probably know that all our support team (in fact, the entire Firestorm team) are volunteers who contribute their time without compensation. Special computer knowledge is not required, only a desire to get involved and the ability to learn! You probably know a few things about the viewer already, and want to know more.

Please fill out the application in full. Every question needs an answer. If you leave any answer blank, the form will reset and you will have to start over. If you have no answer for a question, type none or not applicable.

However, we are interested in hearing your thinking process. If you don't know the answer, don't panic! =) Please describe anything you do know about the situation, or how you might go about finding an answer, or what you think it might be related to. Showing a productive approach to problem-solving is more important than having the “right” answers.
